Recent project examples
Spectrum Partners was appointed Development Manager for Allianz Insurance Group on the recently completed redevelopment of the forecourt of 2 Market St Sydney. This building consists of a new 7 storey office tower and approx 3,000 sqm of retail space with a value of over $40 million.

Spectrum Partners’ managed the preparation of a detailed property value study for a high profile Sydney CBD building owned by a major Australian corporate. The subject property is approx 15,000 sqm of retail and commercial space. The study included a wide range of property value options with a construction cost of around $25 million. Spectrum Partners is now engaged to manage the development process, with DA preparation underway.

We recently managed a project to deliver 15,000 to 20,000 sqm of office space for a major corporate in the suburbs of Sydney. This process required Spectrum Partners to locate, lease and provide development management services for this “A Grade” office building requirement.

We recently completed the acquisition of a shopping centre in Brisbane worth $60 million and advised a major corporate in its investment in a $50 million wholesale investment property fund.

We are also managing the development of a land subdivision on the Mid North Coast of NSW and strata conversion of a 4,000 sqm heritage office building in the Newcastle CBD.
